SUMMARY
Reflection
The project mission was part of an extensive plan to make Broughton High School more inclusive, which served as one of the steps. Overall, we provided a necessity for a marginalized group at our school, not just because we wanted a service project but because, as Students, seeing other students be denied things wasn't okay. I realized that many people shared different opinions on the issue, reflecting how the world felt. But we preserved.
Project Impact
We spread a lot of awareness and welcomed some allies into the club. We also built a long relationship with the advisors, so now they know that we are passionate and serious about our activism.

Project Outcomes & Reflection
1.50 hours leading an initiative | Compassion
Two seniors and I wrote a document outlining the bathrooms so that in the following years, they could be normal and part of the planning for every school dance. We also discussed the community's cons and sought ways to address them with our principal, advisor, and members.
