SUMMARY
Reflection
I found coordinating this community food drive as being extremely fulfilling. It served as a reminder that while the holiday season is a time of joy for many, there are many people who are less fortunate. Being able to give back to those in need and involve my friends and community was an enjoyable experience.
Project Impact
Over 750 pounds of food was donated to the Raleigh Rescue Mission. 20 boxes of assorted items were donated on December 20th, 2024.

Community Food Drive for Raleigh Rescue Mission
10.00 hours leading a collection drive | Compassion
During this period of the food drive, efforts went towards finalizing details with partners (schools, churches, and businesses) and promoting the event within my own school. I did this through partnering with school clubs, morning announcements, paper flyers, digital flyers, and verbal promotions during lunch time.
