We exist to offer support, provide educational opportunities, and create local and virtual environments where BIPOC women and their children can feel safe and empowered.

We were created by a deep desire to change much broader systemic inequalities within our not for profit sectors and communities by providing women and other minorities the chance to have access to quality education, emotional support and assistance to help them become leaders in their communities.
