SUMMARY
Reflection
After completing this project, and seeing so many people donate—even anonymously—reminded me that a caring community can make a big difference for families in need. We collected 14+ boxes of supplies, a lot for a two person campaign!

PROJECTS TASKS

Page Week
10.00 hours participating in an awareness event | Connectedness
I learned more in depth about the state government, and met various homeschoolers from our state. This week was insightful and I met various attorneys, the leutinant governor and sat through court sessions.

Project Planning
3.00 hours attending a meeting | Compassion
We are planning to collect diapers and donate them to the Diaper Bank of N.C. Planning included where to donate, advertisement planning, and when we will complete the project.

Publicity
2.00 hours advocating on social media | Compassion
Created an Instagram post and fliers to give out to family, friends, and church members. This will help share the project with our community so that we can donate more to those in need. Advertisements include where to donate, what to donate, and why we’re collecting.

Do the Project
5.00 hours advocating on social media | Connectedness
I printed multiple copies of the fliers we’ve made, and posted pictures of them on Facebook and Instagram to spread the word. As of today (2 days after) we’ve received 4 orders of diapers and are expecting plenty more. In our post we described what/why and shared with people we’re connected with.

Project Outcomes & Reflection
2.00 hours donating other goods | Compassion
We delivered our 14 boxes of diaper donations and creams to Smart Start of Forsyth county.
