Highlands High School is the only high school in the Fort Thomas Independent School District which is Rich in Tradition, Focused on the Future and a recognized leader in the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky area and throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Four of our five district schools have been named as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education. Our schools are well-known for a tradition of excellence in academics, athletics and the arts.
