Spring Valley High School is located on the west side of Las Vegas, NV. The school, serving grades 9 through 12, is a part of the Clark County School District. Spring Valley is the only AVID National demonstration school in NV and is an IB World School offering all three IB programs at the high school level. SVHS offers nine CTE pathways for students, AP classes, dual credit courses &  Navy JROTC in addition to the AVID & IB programs. The school's mascot is a grizzly bear.
