Silver Cord is a graduation recognition program for outstanding volunteering during your time at VAHS. Students must attend informational sessions and sign up to be part of the program. Students must be committed by no later than the end of 1st quarter of junior year. This program is coordinated by Ms. Domres and facilitated by Student Council Executive Board members. This program is only open to juniors and seniors. Any Freshmen or Sophomores who volunteer during high school should keep track of what they are doing and (to make joining and counting hours easier) always get email confirmations that support their service. Only 25 hours can be brought into the program.
