    SUMMARY
    Reflection
I successfully completed my project and carried out my goal. I was successful, but I have learned a lot about how I could better carry out something similar in the future. I am glad that I've been able to create a resource for other high school students to become a volunteer in our community.
    Project Impact
I succeeded in giving other students a resource and information to help them volunteer and get involved in their community.
    PROJECTS TASKS
    Page Week
10.00 hours participating in a community project | Connectedness
Learned about all the aspects of the NC executive branch, heard from representatives from each department, visited and toured local government buildings, and learned how to creat a policy proposal as well as design a service project.
    Project Planning
4.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
I planned to reach out to a list I created of local charities and places to volunteer, get information from them, then collect it all and make a post for each place on the account. I'm adding a photo I took while visiting an organization, since this is mostly a solo/online project
    Publicity
1.00 hour leading an initiative | Connectedness
I've promoted the social media account my project takes place on by getting family members and friends to follow it and other volunteer accounts to share it with followers.
    Do the Project
10.00 hours leading an initiative | Compassion
Though the project is ongoing as I reach out to more organizations and nonprofits, I have reached my number goal of posts and interactions with organizations. I've been able to reach students and others interested in volunteering. I haven't been able to consistently post as much as I planned, but I plan to continue the project and keep posting. I've learned a lot from speaking with the leaders of these groups and learned about ways to volunteer myself.
    Project Outcomes & Reflection
1.00 hour leading an initiative | Compassion
I've learned so much about leading an initiative and the challenges that come with planning and gaining traction. Overall, I executed my plan for the project, got to speak with leaders, and had a good experience.
