STEP UP TO THE PLATE
An exhibit about what’s on your plate, literally and figuratively.
S.C.R.A.P. Gallery invites artists, students, and community groups to transform the ubiquitous plate. What are the politics on your plate? How is climate change affecting what we eat now and in the future? How will our global palate change? Your artwork should address one or more of these questions or another aspect of food waste. Your art should be in the shape of a plate.
You can use any environmentally friendly, upcycled material or even repurpose a plate.
Artwork will be displayed in S.C.R.A.P. Gallery's Leftovers exhibit, on-site and virtually, as part of our ongoing climate and food waste education project.
