  • We will be having a mini Science Festival and need several volunteers to help us run the activity stations for the event. The stations we have are as follows: 

    Coloration StationA fantastic way for young scientists to experiment with mixing colored water into some remarkable combinations.


     


    Feely BoxesReach inside our mystery box and see if you can find something pokey, something smooth or even something squishy.


     


    If You Give a Mouse a CodeHelp a mouse find the treat and avoid the sneaky cats in this game while you learn the basics of coding and how to talk to a computer.


     


    Jungle in the PantryPlay our guessing game and discover which items in your home came from the rainforest!


     


    ROY G. BIV’N Use our colorful objects to create a rainbow like you’ve never seen before!


     


    Tricky Track StampsMake a bookmark using tracks from some of Michigan’s famous creatures! Mix n’ match what tracks you use, and discover what tracks belong to who.


     


    All Things RememberedTest your spatial memory with this building activity.  Rebuild a structure after looking for 15 seconds


     


    Anything But 10Roll the dice and race towards 100 points – but roll a 10, and you’ll have to start over.


     


    Calling All TurkeysWith just a paper cup, wet string, and a paper clip you'll be up and gobbling before you know it. No tom or hen will be able to resist the beckoning lure of the turkey caller
