We are seeking volunteers to help with event coordinating for the "Fun at the City Center" portion of our Hometown Holiday Event. 

This is a family-friendly community event that will offer the following:
- Pictures with Santa
- Cookies & Hot Chocolate
- Holiday Movie
- Arts & Crafts 
- Goodie Bags

This year, we will have three different sessions starting on the hour at 12:30, 1:30 and 2:30.  All individuals attending the event must pre-register, as space is limited per session.

Duties will include helping set-up for the event, checking in families that are registered, distribute cookies and hot chocolate to tables, help with the Santa line, re-set tables for new families for each new session, and help with light clean-up and decorations take down after.

If you are interested, but cannot commit to the full 4 hours, please let me know.  There is a some flexibility for a shorter shift.
