Most of Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco's formerly homeless residents and guests live alone and many are seniors. With the heightened need to stay inside, often without the comforts or TV or computers, the people they serve are at high risk for isolation and depression.
Help bring a smile to someone's face with a hand-made card wishing them a Happy Halloween! Get creative and make 4 special Halloween cards that include a corny joke or pun, your favorite Halloween drawings or positive message and sign each card with your first name and hometown (ie. Claire from El Paso, TX).
Mail your cards by October 17 to make sure they can be delivered in time for Halloween!
