BadgerThon is a philanthropic student organization at the University of Wisconsin – Madison that benefits the American Family Children’s Hospital (AFCH). Throughout the year, BadgerThon hosts events to raise awareness and funds for the cause. The progress from each year is celebrated and presented to AFCH at the final event of the year, the BadgerThon Dance Marathon. This is a 15-hour event during which participants stay standing in order to show their support for the patients and families putting up a fight at AFCH and to remember those children who are now dancing in our hearts.
