The Senior Citizen Prom planning committee will be decorating and setting up for the Prom on Friday, April 26th from 2-8 p.m. We are looking for people to assist us in creating an environment of fun and entertainment in preparation for the event on Saturday, April 27th. We are also looking for high school volunteers to assist the day of the event in the following ways: registration, game table assistance, food prep and serving, dance host, and clean up. The event is from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 27th, so we would like volunteers from 11:30 - 6 p.m.
Time frame of volunteer needs:
Friday, April 26th 2-8 p.m. (2-6 hour shifts available, can be flexible)
Saturday, April 27th 11:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (2-8 hour shifts available, can be flexible)
