March 2, 2024 is World Teen Mental Wellness Day. To mark the special day last year, InnerView hosted a Zoom workshop with a special guest from Crisis Text Line–a nonprofit organization that provides free 24/7, mental health support via text in both English and Spanish. One of Crisis Text Line’s Campus Advocates shared ways that you can make a difference by getting involved and helping to spread the word by connecting your peers with mental health resources while taking care of your own well being.
